Designs, develops, documents, tests and debugs applications software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions. Conducts multidisciplinary research and collaborates with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for product and commercial software.
Create software solutions using the .NET framework that exhibit high reliability, usability, security, availability, scalability, and maintainability.
Research new technologies for building highly interactive web sites for web-based applications Involved in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards.
Determines computer user needs; analyzes system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls; prepares operating instructions; designs and develops compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems.
Ensures software standards are met.
Basic Qualifications:
- General knowledge of MS SharePoint, systems administration, database administration, systems engineering, and Business Process Review
- Knowledge of Integrated Development Environment (IDE) tools such as Visual Studio 2008
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Typically, the ideal candidate would have min of Bachelor's Degree with 9 years experience or 13 years in lieu of degree.
- Must have an active TS/SSBI to be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of object-oriented software specifications such as classes, objects, inheritance, polymorphism, information hiding, design patterns, and abstraction techniques
- Specific knowledge and experience in integrating and writing software solutions in an .NET environment
- Knowledge of database design and development (T-SQL, PL/SQL, etc)
- Specific knowledge and experience in integrating and writing software solutions in an .NET environment
