Job Description:
We are currently looking for Cyclotron Engineer/Field Services Technician in Dallas, TX. Primary responsibilities of this role include:

* Provides service and maintenance for multiple cyclotron and associated chemistry module customers as assigned
* Monitors and positively affects financial and operational performance
* Works in compliance with all regulatory standards including EHS, cGMP, Radiation Safety, applicable pharmacy laws, DOT, and internal policies and interpretations of the above as required
* Incorporates new technology, products and processes into daily operations
* Works cross-functionally with sales and production to successfully implement strategic initiatives
* Interfaces with customers and clinicians to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
* Responds to calls for service support within a reasonable amount of time
* Completes and submits work history tickets in a timely fashion and includes all relevant details
* Completes and submits all time cards and expense reports in a timely fashion and includes all relevant details
* Schedules work and manages spare parts usage to minimize costs and maximize effectiveness
* May assist with increasing cyclotron IBP rate and retention of existing customers
* Monitors and improves Up Time for site cyclotron system(s)
* Participates in the assessment of semi-complex product and equipment performance and recommends modifications and improvements
* Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Qualified candidates must have:
*An Associates degree in Electronics or equivalent military training.
*3+ yrs experience in servicing and maintaining complex capital equipment OR three years of military experience servicing and maintaining complex systems.

*Complete familiarity with the use of basic electrical measurement equipment is required, e.g. high voltage and RF generating systems. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with radioactive material handling and a demonstrated ability to effectively work alone and as part of a team.
