Our client is seeking individuals with experience in any of the following sectors, (multi-sector coverage would be advantageous), Energy, Natural Resources, Transport, Aviation, Real Estate, Family Offices, MNCs, Diversified (Retailers and Traders).
Focus on origination and on-boarding of new clients, management of existing clients to maximise the bank profits/ revenues by cross selling different products and services.
Role Objective:
- Origination and on-boarding of new clients.
- Maximise revenue and customer value from existing relationships.
- Implement business plans to identify and materialise potential business opportunities.
- Negotiation and completion of deals.
- Plan and implement sales and cross-sales activities to market all of the bank’s products.
Candidate Requirements:
- A strategically client focussed, international banker.
- Degree educated, preferably hold of a post-graduate degree or relevant qualification.
- A minimum of 8 years banking experience with at least 5 spent in an RM or equivalent role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of 1 sector, additional exposure to others would be beneficial but not essential.
- Thorough knowledge of wholesale banking.
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop cross-border relationships.
- Experience managing internal stakeholders to build deal teams and relationships.
- Deep understanding of all Flow products and the majority of ‘value add’ products.
- Multi-country and broad geographic knowledge and experience.
- Willingness to relocate internationally if required.
