Global Head (Dairy Business)
This is a global role and the incumbent would hold responsibility for the overall growth and development of the Dairy Business. The incumbent is expected to be able to conceptualise and execute the business plans by providing leadership and developing and driving the regional marketing strategies to achieve the targeted growth in line with the company’s vision and values.
Responsibilities:-
-Develop strategies and formulate overall business operation plan
-Responsible for monitoring and analyzing market conditions, evaluating financial risk and contract management
-Responsible for marketing, distributions channels and coordinating on trading activities for the business
-Manages financial forecasting and is responsible for PL, Sales Budget, service efficiencies and cost effective management of the resources
-Experience in Liquid (condensed, Evaporated), Powder (Skimmed, Whole Milk) and Specialised Diary Products (Cheese, Whey).
-Must Have Participated in Global Trade flows.
-Exposure to Global consumer and production markets; AUS, EU, LATAM, USA, SEA.
-Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth delivery and follow-up on settlement
-Sales experience (B2C) is essential
-Leadership and managerial abilities – Profit Centre Head Exposure
Requirements:-
-Min 10 – 15 years’ of international experience in sales and operations in Dairy business
-Experience in managing a SBU for all at least 5 years with bottom line responsibility
-Be Willing to be based in Singapore
