Data Administrator / Data Production Executive - Market Research Opportunity

£16,000 (rising to £18,000 after probation) Plus 20 Days' Holiday (rising with service)

Our client has been supplying sample and associated services to the global market research industry for over 17 years. They provide a comprehensive global sampling service to market and social researchers. An opportunity has now arisen for a Data Administrator / Data Production Executive to join their team.

If you have a proven track record of managing and handling data, this is an excellent opportunity. You'll have the chance to learn the skills that underpin the market research industry in a business focussed environment.

Joining a dynamic team in our client's brand new offices, as a Data Administrator / Data Production Executive, you will be tasked with database extraction, manipulation and maintenance.

You will assess each of your clients' requirements and create individually tailored programmes to meet their specifications. You will also be responsible for liaising with the sales department or customers to give advice on availability and profiling.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

- Experience of data management and data handling procedures
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills
- Excellent IT skills, including experience of using Microsoft Excel and Access

As a Data Administrator / Data Production Executive, you must have a strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Plenty of initiative, good problem solving skills and the ability to deliver results are key, as are strong communication skills.

Although not essential, knowledge of SQL or another script writing or database handling software would be advantageous.
