The Data Analyst analyzes and evaluates existing data to continue to improve Coates overall data quality, plans future releases and is part of the process of continuing to mature existing products. The Coates Data Analyst Team enhances the client experience in the following ways: establish standards and mechanisms whereby the usefulness, accuracy and timeliness of our data exceeds client expectations; create an environment where all aspects of our data acquisition, processing, and presentation contain integrated quality checks providing automatic resolution where possible; monitor for and react to product issues impacting multiple clients and/or multiple interfaces; foster awareness of data concerns, educate staff on best practices, and support our clients by sharing our knowledge of how to improve their performance and profitabilty.

Description: Coates rapidly growing array of data solutions requires a Data Analyst to effectively assist with the research and development involved in implementing new products and/or new data elements. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience- Major: Finance, Mathematics or Engineering preferred.
- A minimum of four years of experience, preferably in a relevant financial services area and with background in a data-centric and analytical position.
- Ability to persuade or convince individuals or groups in order to gain a desired agreement or position. Brings together the views of individuals or groups with potentially conflicting goals and achieves closure on complex issues.
