Job Summary:
Entry level position to join our Corporate Analytics team to help support the business needs of the company by providing standard reports and ad-hoc queries required to manage and grow our insurance business. Work with marketing, underwriting, claims, accounting and executive departments as well as external business partners.
Essential Job Functions:
- Develop and post reports utilizing Business Intelligence software or other appropriate technologies.
- Adhere to departmental reporting and QA standards.
- Acquire the skills to run daily, monthly and quarterly reporting requirements.
- Interact with applicable departments/groups to ensure adequate understanding of processes, data needs, and data availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client/user problems.
- Translate verbal requests into ad-hoc queries to support data needs.
- Acquire and master new technical skills.
- Assume and perform other duties and responsibilities not presently specified, but which are logically and properly inherent to the position.
