The Role:

The RD Data Analysts group develops and configures feeds and data fields referenced within the Bloomberg B-Pipe and API products. We also develop tools and application to improve and enhance the data addition process as well as improve data quality. The Data Analysts team participates in all projects offering Market Data knowledge. Data Model implementation uses XML. We are looking for a candidate with market data knowledge, coding skills, excellent communication, and problem solving skills. Ours is a small group with big responsibilities. Candidate should be a quick learner who enjoys real-time market data applications and trouble-shooting. In a fast paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Working understanding of Market Data usage
• At least 3 years experience with C/C++ in a UNIX environment
• At least 3 years experience with XML
• Working knowledge of development tools such as cvs, debuggers, code repositories, purify, quantify
• Understand of system architecture and library usage
• Experience with managing medium to large scale projects from requirement gathering to rollout
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
