Role
Reporting to the Group Business Information Planning Manager, the primary purpose of this role is to assist in the migration and on-going data management requirements for the information within our SalesForce CRM system
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on SalesForce migration to transfer customer and activity data
- On-going lead and account de-duplication
- Data Management by review and cleaning processes
- Report and analysis of data within SalesForce
Qualifications, Skills Knowledge
The ideal candidate with be able to demonstrate their strong background in data archiving and cleansing with experience in working with SalesForce data management. Advanced Excel skills is a must as is strong communication and time management skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
