Business Analyst (Customer Data Analysis)

This position is NOT in IT or Finance. Candidates must be from a marketing, business consulting, media, online, e-commerce, internet, or similar background.

Our team needs a BUSINESS DATA ANALYST!
Description:
• Analyze multiple levels of customer account data for business needs
• Generate reports using automated tools and manually (SQL).
• Make sense of large sets of data by converting it into an understandable format for business development team
• Know how to work with and manipulate product performance metrics, client trend metrics, and domain performance.
• Work with multiple teams – specifically product management teams to create solutions, algorithms, metrics by utilizing statistical information and relate all of that to business
• Impact Analyses on new system changes
• Run Test Design, Statistical Analysis for new products
• Verify business decisions by creating analytical dashboards and numerous other forms of statistical reports
Qualifications:
• BA or BS and 7 – 10+ years of experience with statistics and business intelligence consulting
• PHP, Python, Javascript, HTML/CSS, SQL
• Must know SQL and how to run statistical information and extract data on Excel
• Analyze multiple tiers of data and create business solutions business recommendations
