We currently have an exciting position available for a Data Analyst/Help Desk to work out of our Lancaster, CA facility to be responsible for providing first-line response for users requiring assistance with issues and problems and responding to requests for technical assistance by phone, email, and in person.
The work schedule will be in the evening and the working hours will be flexible.
Ideal candidate will posses advanced computer skills, including advanced Excel knowledge.
Help Desk will handle the following types of issues: Network communication, phone, meters not validating, WFE's, laptop, broadband, printer, drivers, error messages, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Data Analyst:
- Running reports using pivot tables, conditional formatting, and charts/graphs
- Printing reports and organizing by shift
- Order dispatching
- Route map printing
- Appointment route printing
- Availability
- Meter availability
- District analysis pivot
- Re-dispatching work
- Repetitive tasks requiring accuracy attention to detail

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of operating systems (e.g. Windows XP 7)
- General IT troubleshooting knowledge - Windows XP 7 / printers / drivers / error messages
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (2007 2010)
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel (e.g. pivot tables, advanced charts/graphs, conditional formatting, data tables) is required
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to put data into an analysis and reporting format. Demonstrated ability to identify trends, synthesize information, and communicate appropriately
- The applicant must be able to refer to several sources to compile data, which calls for attention to detail
- Being self-motivated is required due to shift time and high visibility when errors are found
