Data and BI Operations Manager
An international law firm has a requirement for a Data and BI Operations Manager to assist with the management of enterprise information and co-ordinating the business processes that underpin client reporting and MI.
This role will act as the interface between various internal teams in relation to MI production to ensure that business processes, data collection methods and MI delivery meet client SLAs.
The successful person will actively assist in delivering a commercial approach to client service through the development of quality assurance and the development of best practices.
Key responsibilities include co-ordinating team activities, providing a central hub of communication to client service teams, reviewing and understanding business data, identifying issues within the business processes and contributing ideas for improvements.
To be considered you must have excellent planning and co-ordinating skills and be capable of handling transactional data with strong data analysis skills. You should also be highly numerate with good systems knowledge and be backed by a strong business intelligence background. Experience of Prince2, Lean etc. would be advantageous.
