Position Description:
Analyst Carried Interest Plans This position is part of the carried interest plan group that designs and administers various carried interest plans across real estate, private equity and Alternative Investments businesses. The group will interact with business unit and firm management, accounting, tax, legal and other HR compensation and IT. Responsibilities Include: • Work on the award, valuation and distribution processes for both new and existing plans, including the creation of participant award packages. • Assist in the coordination with controllers and plan governance committee executing distribution process- validate results, provide analysis, process payments. • Work with controllers to periodically estimate value of new awards using historical and projected cash flows. • Assist in the maintenance and ongoing development of plan databases/systems. • Work closely with IT on system enhancements/modifications to current recordkeeping system. • Work with IT on developing system requirements that support new Deferred Compensation plans. • Provide Customer Service for HR generalist and plan participants for all questions/inquiries. • Ad Hoc analysis as needed.
Skills Required:
• Related work experience (1-3 years +) in finance/accounting. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications (excel, word, access,) and Business Objects is a plus. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Bachelor Degree in Math/Tax/Accounting/Finance/Business.
