Data and Documentation Specialist recruitment
The role is responsible for day-to-day operations of Accounts Management to provide critical support to Client Advisor/ Client Advisor Assistant other partners within UBS Wealth Management Hong Kong Singapore.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Provide help and support regarding all document processing matters
- Responsible for the life cycle of client information by reviewing account documentation maintaining static data and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all sourced data
- Direct liaison with, and support to internal clients. Task will include hotline/advisory support, This will require a developed understanding of the various UBS product offerings including Portfolio, Discretionary Management, Trust and Margin Lending etc
- May require direct liaison with, and support to mainly internal clients or business partners including other departments within operations, Legal and Compliance, Business Risk Management, Project team etc
- Ensure adherence to regulations, guidelines, standards and UBS policies. Maintain a highly developed awareness of potential legislative and UBS policy breaches and act to proactively prevent their occurrence
- Preparation of monthly reporting for management or controlling purposes
- Updating and monitoring of procedures and checklists to increase knowledge process improvement
- Engage in ah hoc project, including systems testing (UAT), process improvement, cross-border initiatives, new regulatory requirement/ policy roll out etc
Our ideal candidate should have the following requisites:
- Knowledge of client documentation requirements (both internal external). Although not expected to have this knowledge initially, the incumbent must display a strong eye for detail and be able to use checklists and procedures to enhance his/her knowledge and get up to speed quickly
- Client service oriented and enjoys dealing with people (enjoy working in a team based environment, adaptable interpersonal skills)
- Show a willingness to learn with strong commitment, motivation and positive attitude
- Strong problem solving skills and capability to adapt to changes
- Maintains a high degree of organizational skills, is controls and process oriented, shows attention to detail
- Has analytical skills (able to analyze instructions, process requests, ability to master/ communicate complex problems)
