-- Data Architect, Senior-01117668 Description Key Role: Work closely with the lead architect and development teams to support the data architecture activities for the client's diverse data portfolio. Create and maintain artifacts, including the logical and physical data model of OLTP and Data marts, data dictionary, metadata repository, data vision, data governance strategy, and architecture and development standards. Define and develop data warehouse systems, data conversion strategies, ETL and data migration strategies. Design, architect, develop, implement, maintain data models, database designs and data mappings for OLTP, data warehouse, and data marts, recommend a data architecture solution for Business Intelligence projects, and provide expertise in designing metadata repository of OBIEE. Recommend data architectural principles and data strategies to integrate applications and reduce technical complexities and data redundancy. Design metadata repository and mappings between logical and physical data models, including systems, databases, processes, and procedures. Reverse engineer data structures to develop physical and logical data models and data dictionaries and design conceptual data models. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: -7 years of experience with relational database management systems, including Oracle, Sybase, or Microsoft SQL Server -5 years of experience with database modeling, database design, Dimensional Modeling, ETL, and Data Warehousing -5 years of experience with ETL Tool, including Informatica or Oracle Data Integrator -Experience with data modeling using ERWIN or Oracle Designer -Experience with BI using OBIEE, Composite, or Data Virtualization -Active Secret clearance -BA or BS degree required Additional Qualifications: -Experience with Acquisition Management Processes and Oracle product -Ability to show a customer service focus -Ability to document processes and work -Ability to pay strict attention to detail -Possession of excellent time-management, multi-tasking, problem solving skills, individually and as a team member -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, to speak comfortably with all levels of the organization, including leadership -PMP Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
