Data / Business Analyst recruitment
The business analyst will be responsible for client data analysis using both PI’s own database and applications.
The role is suited to a person who wants to migrate from a pure data analyst role to a business analyst role. Most important of all is that you must enjoy working with data. You will be using and manipulating client data and helping clients get insight into their business. Engagements are often with senior business heads charged with making strategic transformation.
Principal Responsibilities
1. Provide and build the essential interface between the outward facing client contact and support and the back office technical functions
2. As part of the Client Implementation Team set up and train clients on PI’s products and services
3. Use PI’s bespoke tools to generate business intelligence reports
4. Develop and maintain the company’s strong customer focussed culture - which responds positively, proactively and creatively to customer needs
5. Support and maintain appropriate management information systems regarding all aspects of delivery performance – enabling effective quality management and performance reporting.
Training will be given in PI’s own systems. The successful applicant will be able to work within a team environment.
Skills/Qualifications Required:
- Personable, articulate
- Educated to graduate level or equivalent
- Advanced Excel skills
- High level of ability to problem solve
- Experience of working in a commercially aware environment
- Proactive with the ability to work alone multi-tasking across multiple activities
- Analytical and interpretative capabilities required
- Experience working with BI (Business Intelligence) tools
