May perform one or more of the following:

Installs, maintains, and repairs heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.

Performs maintenance repair duties on mechanical, electrical, and sanitary systems and related equipment and machinery.

Troubleshoots and diagnoses a variety of cases regarding cooling, power, and electric equipment issues.

Ensures the safety and reliability of equipment and systems.

All other duties as assigned.

In addition to the above duties, the Facilities Services Coordinator may perform the following:

Provides an advanced level of technical support during the planning and installation of various hardware, including vendor coordination efforts.

Coordinates and oversees the activities of other technicians.

Provides technical expertise in support of problem resolution for power/back-up power systems.
