Digital Realty is seeking an experienced Facilities Technician (Certified/Licensed Electricians) at its Dallas, TX data center. This individual will report to the Technical Operations Manager and will be part of a mission-critical facilities management team charged with insuring 100% uptime at this location.
LOCATION: Richardson, TX (Dallas)
SHIFTS AVAILABLE: 11pm to 7am
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Building Security Systems Monitoring.
- Building Infrastructure Systems Monitoring.
- Building Infrastructure Systems troubleshooting and repair.
- HVAC system troubleshooting and repairs.
- Electrical System troubleshooting and repairs.
- Data Center Equipment Assembly and Commissioning.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Data Center experience strongly preferred.
- Strong HVAC/mechanical/electrical skills.
- Willing to work in fast-paced, mission critical environment.
- Computer systems friendly.
- Microsoft Office literate.
- Technical education or training.
- Facilities maintenance certification.
- Associates or BS in a related field.
- Trade license or certification.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills required.
