Technical Operations  3rd  shift Responsibilities

• 1st level Support

• Daily Production Schedule (Set of tasks operators must perform at specific times throughout the evening).

• Autosys jobs (Monitor Autosys jobs thoughout day)

• Backups (Monitor Backups running through Veritas and restart and escalate if when needed and create SR in the process)

• Monitor Big Brother (Unix servers and Windows Servers) Disk Space alerts, Process alerts.

• Checking inventory of Iron Mountain to see that tapes were received from night before.

• Check that we have enough scratch tapes available for the nightly backups. If needed, load tapes into silo’s

• Place ejected tapes into containers and prepare for Iron Mountain pickup.

• Update inventory lists and also Iron Mountain Securesync.

• Run EOD process for Stucky nightly.

• Run EOD process for Paragon nightly

• Manually send files over to ADP each night (Ktek.dat)

• Scan Access forms for Security Admin each day and attach to SR.

• Data Center cabinets (Make sure all cabinets are locked each night)

• LS2 monitoring of mails for EOD process.

• Monitor Socrates mails for EOD process.

• Maintain Netbackup Open file report daily and create monthly report for Server group.

• Run BBVA procedure for Mexico each night at 09:15 p.m.

• Monitor Smartstream poll boxes each night for EOD processing and errors.

• Monitor Swift Alliance (Check to make sure Servers are up and running)

• Reconcile Storqm Reports ( Make sure that all the daily reports that are supposed to come in are present in Storqm each day).

• Checking and Updating all procedures that TOC uses (Checking to make sure that procedures are correct and up to date).
