Data Centre Relationship Manager recruitment
A new role has become available for a Data Centre Relationship Manager to join a well known global bank. This position will see you working with the global business to ensure the delivery to technology products and services are delivered on time while maintaining a full overview ownership of both the client and the project.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Regional Data Centres, ensuring documentation is kept updated, power-downs, vendor relationship, build outs and an overall understanding of data centres
- Responsible for facilitating the relationship between the technology organization and medium by managing and supporting the delivery of technology products and services
- Act as the single point of contact for users and the appropriate technical groups from solution planning to sizing/estimating to fulfillment
- Influence technology selection by gathering and reviewing user information, working with technology teams to determine if standard solution will work or if custom solution is necessary, and recommending the best option to the users
- Ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness of solutions
- Monitor high profile projects to ensure requests are met on time and within sizing, keeping all parties informed of impacts and changes
- Conduct research and analysis of competitive market environment for innovative business products and services, regulatory/compliance issues, and implications of new implementations
