Aspen Media and Market Research, a Boulder-based call center working in data collection, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of CATI/CAWI Programmer. Job responsibilities will include: Designing CATI/CAWI surveys on the Voxco platform Script logic review from a technical standpoint Record set preparation and manipulation Converting client provided emails to HTML for post-interview send out Cross tabulation reports using WinCross Survey testing and quality control Automation of processes Collaborating in a team environment to deliver creative solutions Support data processing team Requirements: Some HTML experience Programming language familiarity or previous CATI design experience Very experienced in Microsoft Office Excellent attention to detail Strong problem solving skills Ability to multi task and work independently and with tight deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Desired: Familiarity with SQL databases, queries Visual Basic / VBA programming Data manipulation programming languages Previous Market Research experience This is a full-time hourly position with vacation, paid holidays, and benefits. One to two weekends per month rotating on-call required, five hours of weekend support per month is typical.
