Data CRM Operations Controller - Hertfordshire - £35K
The purpose of this role is the delivery of operational support to ensure effective delivery of CRM plans, to maximise sales to new customers and repeat sales to exisiting customers.
Some of the key responsibilities are:
Liaising with agency data team to deliver relevant and timely data to support campaigns and new product launches in line with the customer journey and product lifecycle plans.
Day-to-day responsibility for customer lead managment processes (including event leads, web leads and leads via call centre)
Working with stakeholders to ensure effective lead management and fulfilment processes
Monitoring performance of call centre against agreed KPI's and liaising with Team Leader and internal stakeholders to deliver optimal performance from this resource (including forecasting, briefing of campaigns, agreement of processes etc).
Providing customer updated to agency data team to ensure marketing database is kept up-to-date
To secure this role you will need:
proven CRM experience with data focus - client or agency
Good understanding of data issues including DPA
Good client and stakeholder management and communication
