Data Delivery Manager


A Data Deliver Manager job in Leeds paying up to £33,596 with an additional bonus of 10% plus benefits. Running a team of 3 analysts in Leeds with additional travel to Solihull as and when required.

Your new role
You will drive performance through analysis of data outcomes paying particular attention to data opportunity, data penetration, decision makers contacted, incoming opportunity, conversion rates and sales, as well as productivity and resource scheduling. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills to ensure any and all recommendations you present are acted upon by the Telesales teams. You will also be a subject matter expert for data and telephony systems. You will manage a small team of 3 analysts and although primarily you will be based in North Leeds some travel to Solihull may be required. 

What you'll need to success
You will have previous experience deploying resource and campaign activity into telesales environments. Your key skills and previous knowledge will ideally include the following - 

Ability and experience in producing creative campaign or data briefs and scripting.

Working understanding of data deployment and telephony functionality with associated technical ability.

Familiarity with multi-site call centre operations and the associated key drivers.

Strong relationship management skills and experience, able to be credible with a range of stakeholders including outsource partnerships

Ability to analyse sales performance results in real-time.

Ability to structure and present telesales initiatives outcomes, impacts and recommendations.

Ability to work a thought process to determine the right course of action and evaluation of potential impact on the stakeholders involved.

Experience of working in a complex business environment and understanding of business plans and strategic initiatives.

What you'll get in return
You will work full time Monday to Friday (37 hours a week), your annual salary will be between £28,875 - £33,596 plus bonus of up to 10%. You will be entitled to join a pension provider and will receive discounts in relation to the services they supply. Free parking will be provided along with annual holiday entitlement.
