Data Design and Quality Assurance recruitment
Design Quality Assurance
Credit Suisse aspires to be recognised within the financial services industry for market leading data control and data transformation processes, and has established a Data Control (DCO) function to assist achieving this goal. The team works across the entire CFO division to ensure that the data flowing through the strategic architecture meets the quality standards required by the business and regulators.
The Data Quality Foundation (DQF) team is the BAU (run the bank) arm of the DCO function. DQF is looking to recruit a QA SME to provide design quality assurance across all changes implemented by DQF and also act as mentor to junior business analysts.
The DCO function has been recognized as a critical investment area with CFO at Credit Suisse. The function plays an important role in improving the front to back data flows within finance and has a natural connection to other firm wide front to back program such as the Strategic Risk Program.
As such incumbents in the DCO role will be well connected within Credit Suisse’s overall change environment and individuals who deliver high levels of impact will have considerable opportunities to expand their careers, either within the finance organisation or more broadly across Credit Suisse
