Responsibilities

• Own and manage the KIID production engine and be able to alter and add new reports as needed.

• Work with the production manger and other team members to ensure the accurate and timely production of KIID and MIS reports.

Implementing ‘Report Template’ changes.
Ensuring relevant data interfaces are in place and modifying and building new ones
Maintenance of KIID database including creation of new data import files

• Regular liaison with IT and Marketing colleagues across the company

Responsible for QC of automated templates to ensure all are working efficiently and strive to make process enhancements
Ensure all completed output is distributed to the appropriate web sites or send to the relevant recipient in an automated format. Ensure that all KIID literature is up to date.
Ensure other members of the project team are kept up to date with progress via regular meetings. Ensure problems are resolved/escalated as soon as they occur.
Identify any areas for efficiency in the production process
Proofreading of materials.
Work closely with Fund Accounting, Legal, Auditors, Design and IT Developers to ensure the timely production of Key Investor Information Documents (KIIDs) including new product launches
Establish and maintain production schedules.
Sourcing, inputting, approval of all other KIID required data
Supporting the Distribution and Sales network regarding all KIID related matters

Skills Experience

Basic database and SQL skills and knowledge (Access, SQL server etc)
Knowledge of a reporting tool
Strong Excel and Office skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a diverse team.
Strong negotiation skills
Be able to deliver to tight deadlines
A good understanding of fund management operations and mutual fund distribution
Knowledge of the mutual funds industry with 3yrs+ experience in investment funds

• Experience in Shareholder Communications an advantage

• Third level qualification in Computer Science or equivalent.
