The Position
Marmon/Keystone's Pomona, California branch is looking for a Data Entry Clerk to accurately enter invoice and inventory information into our computer system, process credit memos and reports, and work on computer-based projects.
Key Responsibilities

Handle invoicing and transfer billing for Pomona and Seattle branches; investigate inventory discrepancies

Manage inventory in computer system, update spreadsheets to track material shipping, and balance monthly

Process inventory adjustments/location changes from the warehouse

Process material through the Value Added computer system

Process and follow up on freight claims

Run computer reports, handle internal credits

Serve as back-up for other office functions
Key Requirements
-
Two years general office experience required
-
Ten key, typing and computer skills required

Good organizational/time management skills required
-
High school diploma or equivalent required

Inventory control, bookkeeping and accounts payable experience preferred
