Data Entry Clerk/Customer Service $12/hr Eng/Fr Speaking Role
Our client in Ottawa is looking to add another member to their Data Entry and Customer Service Team. This small to medium sized business located conveniently in Nepean and has a great team environment, free parking and room to grow in your role.
If you have a particular interest and have strong English communication skills and can communicate in French this may be the next great career move for you.
The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
- Receiving order information from the customer service team and entering this into the internal system.
- Working to complete all information entry into the system by the end of the business day
- Follow up on missing information with customer service team
- This role begins as a data entry clerk then will grow to a customer service role once you are familiar with the functions and processes of the office and the team.

Qualifications
- It is imperative that you demonstrate initiative and commitment to your position.
- Ability to communicate strongly in English and French, spoken
- Previous experience and are comfortable doing repetitive tasks and being seated for long periods of time.
- Team player, everyone pulls together to make sure all work is completed by the end of the day!
