Salary: circa £70k
This top investment management organisation is searching for an individual highly experienced in Data Governance and data strategy to join them in a key role to drive forward the development, implementation and promotion of their Data Governance framework and the target data architecture.
- In this role you will work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders globally to ensure the success of key data programmes which will include a high profile Meta Data programme amongst others.
- Successful candidates must have substantial experience in a Data Governance role within an investment management (or investment banking) organisation and must be able to demonstrate success in selling complex data and technology ideas to senior business stakeholders; the mix of working with both business and technology is key.
- Working as a key part of the Data Governance Council, it will be your responsibility to bring COO representatives from the business together with their technology peers to agree the data framework for the investment organisation to create a new centralised data environment.
- You need to understand strategy, architecture and how these fit into an investment management organisation. This is a new position and offers fantastic growth and career potential.
