Data Integrity Associate recruitment
The team gathers current information relevant to the data exchanged and quality of data across relevant AM systems. We aim to bring together synergies between all AM Systems and other systems consuming AM data. We will further increase standardization of the process for set-up and maintenance of static data. The role gives great exposure across the whole spectrum of AM activity. There will be much to learn across the business, but there will also be the possibility to make a real difference in a relatively changing and dynamic business area.
The opportunity
- Set-up new security masters, counterparties and agreements as needed.
- Responsible for the compiling and processing of the electronic security master file, and other ancillary data files (assist with analytics issues and analysis).
- Analyze and modify un-reviewed security master records to support the trade workflow.
- Monthly data integrity checks for yields and amortized value, registration for Reg S and 144a for all AM managed securities.
- Manage end-to-end data integrity checks to ensure data integrity issues are sufficiently addressed post trade.
- Coordination of Portfolio creation, modification and termination process in the UPH tool and source systems- This solution also supports the process flow and data flow in a systematic way, allowing all parties involved to view, access, create or change data, according to rules established via work flows.
- Manage data reconciliation processes and establish frequency of reconciliation.
- Data flow process mapping - including trading, operations, finance, and risk.
- Understanding controls in place over the flow of data across other units downstream. The various applications maintained are Aladdin, Murex, Finace, UPH, TLM.
About you
- Degree holder in a relevant discipline with experience in the financial services industry
- Demonstrable knowledge of a broad range of financial market products
- Understanding in data management area
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Quickly understands and articulates business issues and data related challenges
- Interpersonal, analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Effective at building and maintaining inter-departmental relationships; proven customer orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; presentation skills required
- Ability to set priorities, work under pressure, adhere to strict deadlines and have a high level of flexibility
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively within a global team
