Contact: Not Available Phone: Not Available Fax: Not Available Ref ID: Not Available Visit Us www.spherion.com Data Management/Bilingual Report It Job Description: Spherion is looking for canidates for Data Management/Bilingual position in the HR Department Conducts day to day Data Report Management and processing, not directly involved in managing an individual case, does program delivery, as well as runs, and distributes related reports Supports Tier 2 Data Report Management Specialists and Analysts Manages day to day function specific processing and administration in Employee and Organization data management Maintains expertise and knowledge of industry practice, as well as legal and other compliance Works with Tier 2 specialists towards issue resolution, client follow up, and case closure; Conducts in-depth research and resolves low-complexity issues requiring back office knowledge Manages accuracy of interfaces to 3rd parties systems and resolve errors Monitors system reports to manage that data is entered timely and accurately and data management Service Level Agreements are met Job Requirements: Must have at least 2 yrs. experience in HR Must have knowledge of Excel in Vlook up, Pivot table and Macros.
