Data Manager – Global Real Estate – London recruitment
The role will lead, support and develop the data management function and its capture and treatment for a large global client portfolio. With regular travel to UK Client offices and Client teams globally. You will be expected to work as part of an expanding team and within a corporate services environment. Responsibilities will include:
- Coordination of Global Data Management Account resources including alignment of roles and responsibilities between the Shared Services Centre, Regional Data Managers and Client.
- Governance and oversight of account performance and all associated reporting directly to both Director and Client.
- Day-to-day management of the global team including on-going deadlines, recruitment, induction and training and provide support and mentoring. Identify future resource optimisation during the contract term through effective management.
- Supporting regional teams in the delivery and presentation of formal reports including the closure of transactional and critical date events
- Implementation of best practice and connectivity for the above team regarding the implementation of the Lease Accounting Standards.
The Person:- To apply, you will be a graduate and must be able to demonstrate a detailed working knowledge of property / CRE and have an in depth understanding of the requirements of Corporate Occupiers, with at least 7-8 years’ experience in a corporate occupier environment. Confidence and strong communications skills are also key. You will possess excellent leadership, motivational and customer service skills and also have business process design and management experience and possess the ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues and present ideas and concepts clearly and concisely to global representatives and team. Advanced analytical skills to solve problems and structure creative solutions are also sort.
