Data Processing Administrator

Data Processing Administrator - Part time role - Reading, Berkshire
Data Processing Administrator is required on a part time basis for a leading company based in Reading. The role will be Monday to Friday from 10 to 4 = 27.5 hour week.

The role will include :

*Create assets/entitlements as appropriate either manually or via system and check that the assets/entitlements are linked on Siebel.

*Create customer evaluation purchase orders and input information into system so that they can be shipped to customer.

*Check all information on support and licenses against vendor purchase orders.

*Process orders and documentation of shipping notes at appropriate times

*Follow-up outstanding orders

*Send customers support certificates/contracts where appropriate

*Deal with any queries relating to delivery and keep customers informed at all times

*Categorise and prioritise departmental outlook mail boxes.

*Escalate any issues that affect items where there is going to be a delay in the customer receiving goods and support

*Perform numerous ad-hoc and office duties commensurate with the position

Candidates must show the following skills

*Previous data processing experience

*Ability to prioritise work load

*Good interpersonal skills

*Accurate keying skills with attention to detail in all matters

*Ability to work under pressure, and support the OPAL team in busy periods

*Computer literate with strong knowledge of Word and Excel in particular

*Ability to work on own initiative

*Good communication skills

*Ability to gain respect and form good relationships with both internal and external customers

*Experience of Dynamics GP, Siebel and product knowledge desirable but not essential
