Job Description:
Healthcare company in Boca Raton is looking for a Data Processing Specialist. The ideal candidate will maintain all existing data processing services to include predictor and Management reports by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Demographics Data:
a. Performs data extractions and/or provides guidance to the Sales Team and/or remote physician office personnel to acquire data sets.
b. Maintains documentation for acquiring data sets from different systems
c. Perform advanced cleaning/formatting of data sets for demographics
d. If necessary, converts to Excel using Monarch or Omni page Pro
2. Reports
a. Produces weekly Data Extraction report.
b. Produces Demographic and Lifestyle Analysis reports.
c. Produces Patient Satisfaction Report and updates associated database as required.
d. Maintains efficient electronic file system and briefs supervisor on availability of reports.
3. Documentation
a. Maintains all documentation, i.e. Functional Specifications, data extractions from disparate systems and ensures associated Department is aware of all procedural documentation.
b. Develop user manuals/guides as requested
Qualifications:
Proficient in the use a Microsoft Applications, with advanced knowledge in the use of Excel and Access.
Communicates effectively with medical office staff and sales team regarding specific data extractions.
Education/Experience/Knowledge:
Associate's degree in Computer Science and 3 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screen. Only candidates with the experience required will be contacted for interviews.
