Data Protection 5+
Our client is a leading international law firm. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Data Protection lawyer with a minimum of 5 years PQE to join the firm's London office.
You will join a highly regarded team that specialises in technology and outsourcing transactions as well as global data protection advice. You will advise customers and service providers in the health care, life sciences, financial services and TMT sectors on large, complex IT and business process outsourcing transactions and all aspects of sourcing and procurement-related transactions. You will also advise on both global and European data privacy directives and legislation; as such, high quality work with an international element can be expected from the outset.
The successful candidate will have excellent academics, and will have demonstrable data protection experience derived from a leading firm (in-house candidates will also be considered). Strong commercial awareness and excellent client handling skills are also essential. Fluency in another European language (preferably French) will be advantageous, but not essential. This is an excellent opportunity, offering competitive remuneration.
