A leading provider of client reporting solutions is looking for an analytically minded data support analyst with SQL, VBA and Excel skills to join their London based team. My client provides reporting and business intelligence software to financial organisations and is rapidly growing on the back of their market leading solutions.
This is a fantastic chance to join a high calibre and growing team that uses SQL, VBA and Excel to interrogate large and complex data sets to troubleshoot client issues and find resolutions. You will receive training to familiarise yourself with my client's award winning client reporting and business intelligence solutions and add valuable skills in data analysis and troubleshooting to your skill set.
My client has an excellent track record of promoting internally and needs a candidate with strong client facing skills, experience interrogating large data sets and a background in support.
The successful Data support analyst - client reporting, data analysis, SQL, VBA, Excel, client services, financial services - will have responsibilities that includes the following:
* Troubleshooting client issues with my client's business intelligence and client reporting solutions using SQL, VBA and Excel skills
* Documenting client support queries
* Supporting client via telephone, remote access and on occasion, at client site
To be considered for the role of Data support analyst - client reporting, data analysis, SQL, VBA, Excel, client services, financial services - you must have the following skills and experience:
* Degree level education in a mathematical subject
* Support experience
* Excellent SQL, VBA and Excel skills
* Experience analysing large data sets
