As a Data Transformation consultant, you'll help many of the world's leading financial businesses tackle their most pressing issues. Working in multidisciplinary teams, often directly with leaders of major organisations, you'll help bring diverse perspectives to every challenge. Your responsibilities as a Data Transformation Consultant will include:
- Fulfilling technical and other delivery roles on client engagements (e.g. business analyst, ETL designer) to a high standard
- Understanding risk and quality in client engagements and escalate issues as needed
- Providing day-to-day guidance, mentoring and coaching to more junior team members.
Qualifications/skills you'll need as a Data Transformation Consultant:
- Data quality, integration and management
- Data migration strategy, approach and execution
- Data warehouse delivery and architecture
- Information delivery (BI, reporting and analytics)
- Experience in financial services (e.g. retail banking, capital markets, asset management, insurance) highly beneficial
- Knowledge or experience of industry 'hot topics' desirable, e.g. IFRS, Solvency II, FATCA, Basel III, PPI, clearing.
