Data Transformation Manager recruitment

Your responsibilities as a Data Transformation Manager will include:

- Leading client projects and liaising with the responsible partner as appropriate

- Ensuring client deliverables are on time and of high quality

- Fulfilling delivery-oriented roles according to skills and experience, e.g. project manager,
functional architect/design lead

- Leading project teams, setting clear expectations and managing activities

- Providing day-to-day guidance, mentoring and coaching to team members.

Qualifications/skills you'll need as a Data Transformation Manager:

- Data quality, integration and management

- Data migration strategy, approach and execution

- Data warehouse delivery and architecture

- Information delivery (BI, reporting and analytics)

- Experience in financial services (e.g. retail banking, capital markets, asset management, and insurance) highly beneficial

- Knowledge or experience of industry 'hot topics' desirable, e.g. IFRS, Solvency II, FATCA, Basel III, PPI, clearing.
