Data Warehouse Analyst – London - £50,000 - £60,000
My client is one of the most successful online gaming companies worldwide, with industry leading applications in online skill games, sports book, poker and casino products.
The group has experienced tremendous growth and is looking to continue this over the coming years. To support this and take a leading role in a heavily project-based environment, Esanda Recruitment has been retained to this newly created role of Business Analyst.
The Successful Data Warehouse Analyst will be responsible for:
· Act as a liaison between the business users and the DW technology team
· Work closely with the Product Manager and stakeholders to analyze and understand client and business needs.
· Meet directly and interact with clients to extract a comprehensive list of needs and analyze what sorts of solutions will provide them with what they need.
· Translate client needs into well-defined User Stories and deliver those to the Product Manager and Development team.
· Analyze and document business processes
· To be able to interface with all the stakeholders and customers, you should be familiar with the Data Warehouse terminologies.
The Successful Data Warehouse Analyst Lead will have:
· 3-5 years of experience with software development projects
· Previous experience as a database developer or business analyst
· At least 1 year of experience working within Agile methodology (SCRUM)
· Previous experience with JIRA and Greenhopper
· You should understand the core Data Warehouse concepts like Star Schema, Cubes, ODS, OLAP and how they relate to each other
· End to end experience of the project lifecycle
· Self-motivated and passion for the data
