Data Warehouse Automation Test Engineer, Mid Job
Description Key Role: Implement and maintain an automated test execution framework. Provide technical and administrative direction for personnel performing software development tasks, including the review of work products for correctness, adherence to the design concept and user standards, and progress in accordance with schedules. Make recommendations, if needed, for approval of major systems installations. Prepare milestone status reports and deliver presentations on the system concept to colleagues, subordinates, and end user representatives. Provide daily supervision and direction to support staff. This position is located in Kansas City, MO. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: -8+ years of experience with computers working independently or under general direction on complex application problems involving all phases of system analysis-5+ years of experience in developing and designing automated test frameworks or developing solutions with commercial automated testing tools, including WinRunner, LoadRunner, or comparable software-Experience with using Oracle databases and integrating Oracle data warehouse solutions-Experience with using HP QTP -Ability to obtain a security clearance -HS diploma or GED required Additional Qualifications: -Ability to work independently with little supervision-Ability to collaborate with the testing architect and project manager to deliver functionality on schedule-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
