Ensure that the Commercial Datawarehouse systems are implemented, managed, supported and delivered to the Commercial business users in conjunction with time and budget requirements. Act as technical analyst to elicit and document requirements, construct architectural diagrams, and other SDLC documents as required.  Management and support of system enhancements, including project planning and management, development of QA test scripts, systems testing, deployment planning, and assist in training where required.  

Hands on experience with Business Intelligence (Microstrategy)

·         Responsible for design and architecture of Enterprise Datawarehouse systems.

·         Responsible for technical design and technical support of custom Commercial Master Data Management System.

·         Assist in support and vision of Business Intelligence platform (Microstrategy).   

·         Primary technical interface with Commercial Business Users.

·         Primary interface with Distribution Channel Director to interact and on-board distribution partner and remediate data issues.    

·         Performs all responsibilities in accordance with company policies, procedures, federal regulations and safety requirements.

·         Performs other duties as required.

·                Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Computer Science or related field, with 5-6 years of experience in similar environment or equivalent combination of education and experience

·                5-6 years of data warehousing experience and technical   architecture

·                2-3 years experience with business intelligence tools

·                Expert in database architecture and design (physical and logical)

·                Pharmaceutical experience preferred.     

·                Experience working with various departments including Sales, Marketing, Managed Care and Market Research

·                Capable of effectively communicating, directing, guiding personnel who are not direct reports in various aspects of cGMP’s.

·                Familiarity with discussing Computer Validation with customers or regulatory agencies as required during reviews or inspections. Ability to effectively and directly interface with FDA, DEA and technical personnel at various levels.

·                     Must have experience operating in a SOX compliant environment

·                     Must have working knowledge of SDLC

·                     Understanding of Pharmaceutical Commercial Data    (NPI, 852, 867, AMA, IMS)

·                     Must have experience with Customer Master and MDM systems.

·                     Experience operating in a GMP environment preferred.  

·                     Technical qualifications: must be proficient in MS-Office (Word,                 

·                     Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·                     21 CFR Part 11 for rules on the use of electronic records, e-sig.      

·                     Prescription Drug Marketing Act (PDMA)

·                     Familiarity with SEC regulations and IT controls methodologies

·                    Familiarity with networking fundamentals and database normalization  concepts

·                 Experienced in application development, data modeling, and data requirements analysis
