Database Administrator recruitment
Our client seeks a Database Administrator - Oracle / SQL to manage the day-to-day database platforms. Reporting to the Infrastructure Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the basic administrative functions within the database environment such as provisioning databases, backup recovery, second-level troubleshooting and liaising with external vendors, as appropriate.
Key Criteria:
- Solid experience in administering and maintaining a production database environment based on Oracle, Microsoft Sybase products.
- Strong SQL language skills.
- Experience in planning for Disaster Recovery solutions (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills.
