Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a Database Analyst in the local healthcare industry. This is a temporary position, but a great opportunity for the right individual. Ideal Candidate will have: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field, or related experience - 2-3 years of experience with data reporting and analysis - Strong analytical skills to support business operations through key performance indicators - Strong Microsoft office skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and Access - Ability to meet tight deadlines - High level of attention to detail and accuracy - Professional attitude and work ethic This position will: - Utilize MS Access, Excel and other tools, - Pull and compile source date into Operational Metric reports - Montitor data for trend changes and/or data gaps - Communicate issues and collaborate with others to resolve Perform the following tasks in Excel: - Create and update Pivot Tables including linking to Access tables - Create and maintain Macros - Create and maintain Graphs (primarily bar charts and line) Advanced Formulas - (If/Then, Average, Standard Deviation) - Perform the following tasks in Access: - Create and adjust Queries (Append, Update, MakeTable, Delete and Select) - Import data from Excel or .txt files - Create and maintain Macros - Understand inner and outer joins between tables If you meet the above qualifications and are interested in this position, please respond to this posting and e-mail your resume to Click Here to Email Your Resume .
