This is a newly created role you will be reporting to the Finance Manager. They require a highly motivated individual who must be driven and have exceptional computer skills. We are looking for someone that can think outside the square and someone that has excellent analytical skills. This role will be reporting from numerous databases and information pools as well as storing information on their data warehouse.
As the Database and Reporting Analyst you will:
- Identifying opportunities to automate business processes through data warehouse extracted from Oracle
- Proposing process, data and analytic improvements on existing systems and methods.
- Develop, maintain and provide support once the data warehouse is developed
- Monitoring and optimising the performance of data warehouse
- Support the development of reporting tools which provide visibility of business operations. In the aim to provide a unified view of operations
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of data warehouse in order to support business reporting tools
- Managing end to end data process
- Act as backup for IT and provide support when needed
The Education, Experience Skills required to undertake this role are:
- Minimum2-3 years relevant experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Positive attitude
- Team Player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly
- Data Entry skills
- Proficiency on Personal Computers
- Personal or professional demonstrated technical aptitude
- Must be able to accommodate flexible working hours
