This full-time position will coordinate and maintain the College marketing and communications distribution data to ensure desired target markets are reached. Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials and follow-up of mailings, including postal records and returns. Serve as liaison to mail services. Recommend services, procedures, equipment, guidelines and staffing that increase customer service and productivity.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess an Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Two years related work experience required. Additional requirements include proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Access, and strong oral and written communication skills. Database expertise and ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute.
