Allianz are now looking to recruit a Database Marketing Manager to take a senior position within the Marketing Services team supporting its UK Insurance operations.
Working within a large central marketing function, your team is responsible for analysis and data production for a number of Insurance business units. Managing a team of five you will be tasked with maximising the team's performance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of delivery. A large part of the role involves coaching team members to improve their skill sets, resolve any issues and ensure maximum value is delivered to the company. As such, people management experience is critical and an ability to communicate requirements clearly and effectively will be essential. Ideally your management style will be collaborative with a focus on developing your staff.
As a highly skilled communicator, you will also work consultatively with the wider business to understand their requirements and add value to marketing delivery.
A graduate or with equivalent qualification, you will have considerable experience working with data. Although this is not a highly technical role, experience with SQL and CRM systems will be advantageous, as will an understanding of how data extracted can be maximised by wider marketing teams.
