What we need:
Responsible for the delivery of IntelliBASE database updates, client-driven projects, data analysis and ongoing support of the platform. This includes file and data analysis, issue resolution, data trending, strong quality control, and delivering in an energetic production environment. Successful candidates must be able to see the big picture and be involved in the many details of several, concurrent projects. He/she must be extremely comfortable working with individuals at all levels within and outside the organization.
Position Responsibilities:
· Define and execute IntelliBASE database updates
· Support IntelliBASE clients through issue resolution, data analysis, and root cause analysis
· Identify and resolve any issues related to the production process by utilizing cross-functional resources with whom you work with on a daily basis
· Analyze production reports to ensure error-free processing
· Document any ongoing issues and enhancements as part of the IntelliBASE production environment
· Document and escalate any issue that prevents production from executing in an error-minimized mode
· Develop/Write process flows and maintain production and project documentation
· Testing of production processes as part of defining a database update
· Assists end users in the analysis of client data
· Assists Manager in training of new specialists
· Provide estimates of time and resources required to complete project requirements
· Analyze and review production processes to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements
· Understanding of file structures and conversion tools
· Other duties as assigned
Position Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; and/or one to two years related experience and/or training; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
· Strong knowledge of SSIS, T-SQL
· Ability to read and interpret data and production reports
