DATABASE/QUALITY MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR – TRANSPLANT ADMINISTRATION – SFTE – FTE 1.00 – 80/PP
Job Duties: With the overall goal to faciliate the Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement Programs of the Solid Organ Transplant Center, through data base managment and analysis and to assure efficient processes, quality clinical care, and patient safety. The Coordinator will assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements as well.
Experience: Minimum of three years of hospital or health system experience required.
Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing, health care administration, medical records, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred.
Special skills: Knowledge of hospital and clinic processes, process improvement theory, and medical terminology or accreditation regulations.
Licensure: If a Nurse, current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-State Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact).
