Data/Business Analyst recruitment
Data/Business Analyst is required to work for on-going support of data management, assist in defining data requirements from the business and ensures appropriate implementation of process changes and procedures within daily operations
Regular review and evaluation of business requirements.
Perform root cause and trend analysis and assist in the implementation of solutions that lead to data quality and process improvements across the data management life cycle
Ensure the quality of work of off shore team is of the correct standard
Escalate all issue appropriately
To keep logs of off shore team work, efficiency accuracy
Identify process gaps and document any required changes in the process
Skills
Good communication (written and oral) organisation skills
Excellent Excel skills
Good working knowledge of MS Access and databases as a whole
Excellent attention to detail
Experience of working with an offshore team desirable
Ability to document processes, and drive through improvements to processes
Preferred Experience
Data or business analyst experience with an Investment Bank
Experience in dealing with an offshore team
Working in a FO/ sales environment and dealing with pressure situations and tight delivery schedules
