24*7 Operations team supports all aspects of the banks datacentre infrastructure. Delivery, build and installation of all hardware across the UK datacentre estate.
Datacentre ME infrastructure preferable
Incident Management and reporting skills
Strong technical expertise of HP and similar services
Main duties will include:
End to end management of hardware installation
Datacentre hardware configuration and installation
Liaison with Compliance team for any requests
Relevant management reporting
Ensuring installation standards and processes are adhered to
Replace failed components to remediate faults
Routine inspections of the datacentre suites
Escalate issues in a timely manner
Ensure the security of the datacentre by controlling access
Remote hands support
Manage offsite backup media
