Experience
-Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field (Financial Services)
-Or proven experience in implementation and support with a major company.
Required Skills (Must have), Necessary industry Experience associated number of years of experience:
* Understanding of Windows and Linux internals and Security
* Good knowledge of IIS and .Net technologies
* Knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols.
* Good automatic installation server experience.
* Knowledge of Virtual Infrastructures
* Understand communication between applications to troubleshoot performance issues
* Methodology in investigating technical issues
* Good written and verbal communication skills
Desired Skills (Nice to have in addition to the Required Skills), Necessary industry Experience associated number of years of experience:
* Knowledge of infrastructure such as SAN would be beneficial. * Understand the principle of the ITIL processes would be advantage
